More Mods/Tougher CAPTCHA?

I'm seeing nothing but pr0n spam on the first page of the general forum, surely there's something that can be done about that.

We are in the middle of an upgrade. This upgrade should involve a tougher captcha. I wont be able to complete it for about a week, sadly, as the master files are on a server at my university and I'm at home now, but in the next two weeks or so we should be upgraded to a new version of the forum software that we use.

Is there anything he can even do about it? If you give me power to delete all that junk, I will get started on it..
